Here are a few pics. of my challenger C-IVVY. The first flight was on March  14th. thanks to Bruce Brown. These pics. were taken the next day (March 15th). when I did my first cross-country. I flew from Harrington Harbour to St Augustine River and back(65 miles each way). My ski season was short lived because the sea ice in the harbour  broke up during another winter storm and I lost my airport. I ended up flying twelve hours in five days and had a ball. What a great little airplane.

Des is English. That is probably why he has a British flag painted all over his plane.
